Óbudavár 8272
St. Martin’s Rest Park in Óbudavár awaits visitors in a beautiful and truly peaceful environment. The carved wooden gate at the entrance of the park is easily visible from the main road. As we make our way down the steps, we soon reach the vaulted cellar of the laundry house, which marks the origin of the spring. This place evokes the bygone times when women used to wash their clothes here.
In 2007, alongside the renovation of the laundry house, an event hall was also built, which is capable of accommodating up to 50 people. The park and the building serve as an excellent venue for barbecues, friendly gatherings, celebrations, as well as small weddings. Prior reservation of the venue is possible at the municipality of Óbudavár.
The Rest park, just a few steps aways from the main road, is a hidden treasure in the Nivegy Valley.
