As an enthusiastic family winery, our philosophy is that there is nothing better than real, there is nothing more beautiful than natural. Accordingly, we consider the production of high-quality, chemical-free grapes to be our most important task, and we work with the grapes’ own yeasts.
We consider our wines as creations that are already decided at the time of harvest but not yet evolved, and it is our task to show their most beautiful face. We would like to improve in this kind of work year by year by learning and by using modern technology that is in line with our philosophy. We currently farm on 5 hectares in the Balatonfüred-Csopak wine region, in the excellently endowed and picturesque Nivegy Valley between Zánka and Nagyvázsony.
Our goal is to build and beautify a sustainably developing winery that consciously assumes responsibility for our natural values and consumers, and to produce high-quality wines for the pleasure of all of us.
