ROYESFARM is a one-man enterprise which started in the summer of 2014 with a few milking cows in the small village of Szentantalfa -near Zánka-, 5 km from Lake Balaton. The primary producer, Royes, achieved his childhood dream and built his present farm with a lot of perseverance, patience and hard work. Currently, more than 20 free-range dairy cattles provide the primary commodity for various cheeses and other dairy products.
We only distribute products produced and manufactured by ourselves. All of our artisanal cheeses have been developed and specialized by ourselves, so you can taste completely unique compositions that are only partially similar to other cheeses.
Our products do not contain any dyes, preservatives or artificial additives. Ingredients: raw cow’s milk, natural lactic acid bacteria culture, immunizing enzyme of animal origin, Austrian iodized rock salt, spices. Our products will be unique only as a result of mixing technology and ingredients in different proportions.
